As a practicing attorney since 1999, Frank has a diverse legal background and the motivation to continually educate himself on current law so that he can provide the very best in legal counsel. He has extensive litigation experience, a thorough knowledge of court procedures/rules of evidence, and skill in preparing and trying cases. Frank's work experience also includes researching complex legal and factual issues, drafting persuasive arguments, and making oral arguments in court and before arbitration panels and municipal governments.
Frank is a graduate of Stanford Law School and has served as a midshipman at the United States Naval Academy and as an enlisted Marine. An avid dog lover, Frank owns two border collies. Frank is also involved in the sport of amateur stock dog trialing and enjoys learning to herd and work sheep with his dogs - an activity the border collie is well suited for!
